They are now saying the blood is fine:

LOS ANGELES: "The National Institutes of Health on Tuesday said COVID-19 does not pose a threat to blood donations in the U.S.

"SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, does not appear to pose a threat to the safety of the nation’s blood supply," the institute wrote in a press release.

In accordance to current guidelines used by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the NIH says people are not required to test blood samples for COVID-19. However, blood donors should be screened for physical symptoms of COVID-19 as well as any other possible infections within 14 days of the blood donation.

Whoops…I misread the initial comment. Should have responded with this, although it's not very convincing. kek

"The adviser tells her that it is “absolutely fine” for her friend to donate, but that she will have to wait 28 days from when her arm feels better. Shortly after, the woman ends the phone call and concludes to the camera: “So as you can see, if you’ve had the jab you can give blood. And I for one will never, ever have a blood transfusion.”

However, any suggestion that it is unsafe to receive a transfusion because vaccinated people can give blood is unfounded. Currently, the NHS says that donors must wait a full seven days before donating. However, if the donor had side effects, like a sore arm, they must wait 28 days from their recovery."
