Israel is meant to be the greatest nation. Of course its current manifestation is a fraud, being a secular state. All of the tribes of Israel around the world, whether conscious or not, are to awaken, return to God and His Covenant, and come back to their ancestral land. Israel is YHWH's chosen people, to be an example and light to the nations, so that all may come to YHWH!
But it's possible that Trump is part of this process, and his claiming that America is the greatest nation is similar to his claiming that the vaccines were good. There was a strategy and ulterior motive behind the falsity. Trump must know he is an Israelite, and he must know that America is not the final destination.
