Trump Congratulates AZ Audit Team – Calls Out Election Hoax “It Was a Disgrace to Our Country! 2020 Presidential Election Was MOST CORRUPT in History of Our Country!”

“Our country is being destroyed by people who perhaps have not business to destroy it.”

-President Donald Trump

President Donald Trump did not hold back tonight during his speech to the North Carolina Republican Party.

President Trump blasted Democrats for their massive corruption schemes during the 2020 election. Trump called the 2020 presidential election a “disgrace to our country” and the “most corrupt election” in US history.

President Trump also spelled out several things like ballot drop boxes and dirty voter rolls that must be cleaned up if America is to remain a respected nation.

Trump was right, of course. It is just a shame that not enough Republicans have the guts to join him.

The 45th president also praised Arizona for its ongoing forensic audit.

Trump was in peak form. There is simply no one like him.

“Remember, I am not the one trying to undermine our country. I am the one trying to save it.”

Joe Biden Just Banned Investment In CCP Military Firms His Son Hunter Profited From.

President Joe Biden banned investment in nearly 60 firms due to close ties to the Chinese Communist Party military operations and human rights abuses. Among the companies included in the ban are entities that have enjoyed millions of dollars in investment from Hunter Biden and Bill Gates, The National Pulse can reveal.

The new ban “solidifies and strengthens” a Trump-era Executive Order restricting securities investments in firms that work alongside China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) and provide technology to facilitate the repression of Uyghurs in Xinjiang. The Biden regime posits that halting cash flow to these entities will ensure American capital doesn’t “support the People’s Republic of China’s (PRC) military, intelligence, and other security research and development programs” or companies that “facilitate repression or serious human rights abuse.”

President Biden’s move comes after his son, Hunter Biden, invested in the very same companies.

A private equity firm led by Hunter – who’s inked several deals with Chinese military-linked entities excluded from the ban – counts multi-million dollar investments in a firm included on the list: China General Nuclear (CGN) Power Corporation. Microsoft founder Bill Gates has also collaborated with another company included on the list: China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC).

Hunter Biden.

BHR Partners – the private equity firm where Hunter Biden served as a director since 2013 – was a $10 million cornerstone investor in CGN’s initial public offering (IPO). Occurring in 2014, the IPO was the second largest of the entire year, valued at over $3 billion.

CGN – a wholly state-owned energy corporation – has seen one of its consultants convicted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for company-wide schemes to “procure U.S.-based nuclear engineers to assist with designing and manufacturing certain components for nuclear reactors” for nearly two decades.

The stolen secrets posed a “significant damage to our national security,” according to the DOJ.

The company, which Hunter Biden reportedly retains a sizable stake in, still lists GCN as part of its portfolio.

US Border Patrol Rescues Kidnapped Child, Apprehends Sex Offender.

US Border Patrol (USBP) agents – who leading Democrats have called upon to be defunded – have rescued a kidnapped child and arrested a criminal sex offender.

On May 4, a four-year-old child, a US citizen, was kidnapped by his mother from a location in East Los Angeles, California.

San Diego Sector USBP’s Foreign Operations Branch (FOB) cooperated with the Government of Mexico (GOM) to locate the child and his mother, who were taken into custody after some weeks of investigation in Tijuana.

The collaboration between the FOB and GOM enabled them to rescue the child and return him to his legal guardians.

In the early hours of May 27, USBP agents in East County San Diego took into custody a 39-year-old illegal migrant. During processing, the illegal migrant was revealed to be a Mexican national, previously convicted in 2003 of “sex with a minor.” The criminal migrant was “subsequently expelled to Mexico.”

U.S. Border Patrol San Diego Sector Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke says that there has been an “alarming uptrend in the apprehension of convicted sex offenders” this year.

US CBP Arrests Over 100 for People Smuggling Crimes Enabled by Biden’s White House.

US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents recently arrested multiple illegal migrants involved in human smuggling and seized millions of dollars worth of counterfeit products shipped from China.

On June 1, agents in South Texas disrupted two separate instances of human smuggling, one in the afternoon and one that night.

The identification of the illegal migrants involved led to 13 arrests.

Between May 28 and June 1, U.S. Border Patrol also identified and searched six “human smuggling stash houses” in the Rio Grande Valley, used to harbor migrants smuggled into the United States.

The individual stash houses harbored groups ranging between nine and 62 illegal migrants. Overall, 173 illegal migrants were arrested in connection with the human smuggling of the stash houses.

CBP officers in Houston, Texas, recently intercepted and seized “over 70,000 various counterfeit Apple and JBL electronics with a combined Manufactured Suggested Retail Price over $4M.” The counterfeit items had been shipped from China, and were seized “because of intellectual property rights violations.” According to Houston CBP Port Director Roderick Hudson, transnational criminal organizations habitually seek to fund their illegal activities through the manufacture and sale of imitations of designer brand products.

The latter manufacture process may involve human trafficking and forced labor, however.

The rampant human trafficking and illegal border crossings are a direct result of the Biden regime’s intentional opening of U.S. borders. Before the election, Biden told non-Americans to “surge” the border if he was elected.

Upon taking the Oath of Office, Biden immediately breached it by refusing to appropriately police the U.S. border, and placing his Vice President Kamala Harris in charge of the issue. Harris, an open borders advocate, has repeatedly refused to handle the issue, instead sending her spokesman to tell the media that she will not be “doing the border.”

Governor Newsom Reneges on Promise to Surrender His Emergency COVID-19 Powers

California Governor Gavin Newsom promised to surrender his emergency powers to govern under a public health emergency by June 15. But yesterday during a vaccine lottery event, Newsom claimed it wasn’t the time to surrender any of his powers, claiming “uncertainty in the future” is reason enough for him to maintain his power to enforce mask mandates and business restrictions.

“The emergency remains in effect after June 15,” he said.

When asked why, he said, “Because we’re still in a state of emergency. This disease is still in effect. It is not taking the summer off.”

That may be true. But treating the pandemic as an “emergency” requiring the governor to possess extraordinary powers is more about power than it is public health.

National Review:

Newsom’s flip-flopping on COVID restrictions and his unwillingness to forfeit his pandemic emergency authority comes as a recall movement to remove him as governor has gained widespread support from over a million petitioners. The effort was largely inspired by Newsom’s coronavirus policies, which have included some of the strictest lockdown measures in the U.S.

The recall effort has been languishing as the economy recovers and fewer restrictions are placed on people and businesses. But that may change as Newsom’s occupational health agency, CalOSHA, wants workplaces to maintain mask requirements until all workers are vaccinated.

“We’re working through this. This is the sausage-making process. We’ve already had a number of conversations earlier this morning about people’s feelings about what happened last night. I think it’s helpful that the governor is not dictating and mandating those decisions in advance. . . . We are in an iterative process of engagement. . . . We hope to let folks know more about our next steps very shortly,” Newsom said.

In other words, the people of California should sit down, shut up, and mind their betters.

The people’s confusion is warranted. California has the lowest COVID-19 infection rate of any state and hospitalizations are near record lows. So why maintain restrictions when even Illinois is lifting all remaining pandemic rules on June 10?

Newsom’s reluctance to cede his authority may have something to do with the near-dictatorial powers granted under the California Constitution during a public health emergency.

Los Angeles Times:

Though the California Constitution gives the power to create laws only to the Legislature, a state appeals court ruled just last month that the 1970 California Emergency Services Act grants the governor the power to change state law during a crisis.

The three-judge panel of the Sacramento-based 3rd District Court of Appeal said the Emergency Services Act is constitutional because it provides only temporary powers and contains “an important safeguard.” The court said that safeguard was a requirement that the governor, or the Legislature, proclaim an end to the emergency at the earliest possible date.

“If Newsom believes the state is safe enough to reopen, then it’s safe for people to be able to make decisions for themselves without his arbitrary and capricious rules,” California Senate Republican leader Scott Wilk said in a statement Friday. “I believe it is time for him to hang up his crown and restore our democracy.”

Apparently, not yet.

Chinese-owned TikTok can now collect your kids' faceprints and voiceprints

Chinese-owned TikTok made a quiet update to its privacy policy in the United States this week. The massively popular social video app gave itself permission to collect biometric data of U.S. users, which includes faceprints and voiceprints.

"We may collect information about the images and audio that are a part of your User Content, such as identifying the objects and scenery that appear, the existence and location within an image of face and body features and attributes, the nature of the audio, and the text of the words spoken in your User Content," the new privacy policy that was introduced on Wednesday stated.

"We may collect biometric identifiers and biometric information as defined under US laws, such as faceprints and voiceprints, from your User Content," TikTok said. "Where required by law, we will seek any required permissions from you prior to any such collection."

TechCrunch reported, "Only a handful of U.S. states have biometric privacy laws, including Illinois, Washington, California, Texas and New York. If TikTok only requested consent, 'where required by law,' it could mean users in other states would not have to be informed about the data collection."

TikTok claimed they may need to "collect this information to enable special video effects, for content moderation, for demographic classification, for content and ad recommendations, and for other non-personally-identifying operations."

"In response to various questions about what data the company is now collecting on users, how it defines 'faceprints and voiceprints,' what data it might collect in the future, and what it might do with that information," a TikTok spokesperson told The Verge on Thursday, "As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we recently updated our Privacy Policy to provide more clarity on the information we may collect."

The current expansion of TikTok's privacy policy is especially concerning since TikTok lost a class-action lawsuit filed in the United States for collecting and sharing personal and biometric information of users without their consent. The suit alleged that the app collected "highly sensitive personal data" to track users and target ads to them. TikTok rejected the allegations but said it didn't want to spend time litigating the issue. TikTok settled the class-action lawsuit by paying out a whopping $92 million to the users.

"As part of the settlement, TikTok has agreed to avoid several behaviors that could compromise user privacy unless it specifically discloses those behaviors in its privacy policy," according to The Verge. "Those behaviors include storing biometric information, collecting GPS or clipboard data, and sending or storing US users' data outside the country."

In December 2019, TikTok Inc. and parent company ByteDance Technology Co. agreed to a $1.1 million lawsuit over alleged children's privacy allegations. The lawsuit alleged that the kid-friendly app collected children's information without their parents' consent.

"The companies compiled and disclosed personal information and viewing data, including lip-syncing videos, of children who used their Musical.ly app, and sold it to third-party advertisers," according to Bloomberg.
