If the "emergency use authorization" of mRNA and vector gene therapy jabs was based on fraudulent testing "proving" a "pandemic" and fake science denying the effectiveness of non-patented treatments such as HCQ and a conspiracy is proved then I'd say "immunity" from liability for the dangerous jabs would be GONE.
I've been an anti-vaxxer (kinda like patriots calling themselves "yankees" back in the day) for several years now after realizing that Big Pharma like "vaccine adverse events" because they were a great means of keeping people under control and very profitable.
This is how it goes as I understand/observe: (Btw, anyone saying a vaccine gets the same testing as other pharmaceuticals is either uninformed or lying. Vaccines are "biologics" and are NOT subject to the same testing as drugs. Del Bigtree of The HighWire has reported adverse event reporting periods as short as 4-5 days for some vaccines.)
When a vaccine product is proposed to be added to the CDC "schedule" the ACIP (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices) meets and votes to approve or deny adding the vaccine. If you have ever seen footage of these meetings I think you will be shocked. Investigation of the participants suggests massive conflicts of interest and the "science" is laughable as in, for example suggesting that interactions between vaccine products are unlikely because the shots are given in different limbs.
During the ACIP meetings it seems that "safety signals" might get mentioned. It seems to me that this is a bunch of insiders getting advance knowledge of profitable drug research possibilities. For example, if you know the approximate ingredients on a product as well as the likely damage it will do you might know where to invest in future drug treatments. I suspect that when certain cancer treatments get developed to address common "genetic mutations" in the tumors/cancers what we are really seeing is the result of millions of people getting the same toxic exposures to, for example, mutated fetal DNA fragments or "adventitious agents" in the jabs.
We should end forever, imo, the description of vaccine harms as "side effects". These effects are known and desired by the people and entities trying to cull and control us. Allergies such as hay fever seem to have originated at the same time as vaccination began to be used in modern times. A momentary search on how much is spent on allergy treatments will let you know why there is no mainstream interest in preventing them. You might also realize why the cost of an Epipen rising to $600 is not challenged, because Big Pharma has people exactly where it wants them-captive to buying a product that they need to stay alive. The entire US "health insurance" structure would be challenged, I imagine if people understood that they are enslaved to keeping "health insurance" by chronic diseases deliberately created in them and their children. This would also end the weird fascination by Americans in being "employed" versus independent business owners or contracted workers with more dignity and status than the "wage slaves" most of us, even "doctors" have become.
