I can get behind some of that but it's not true that only labor creates wealth.
Ideas create wealth, taking risks can do it, knowing your customer because then your firm can give them what they want, there's more to creating wealth than labor.
the boss can manage his business any way he wants to, thats why hes the boss.
Making business owners do monkey work would be stupid.
