2014 "paused" gain of function research, plays the plausible deniability game piece. Had to come up with a plan B just in case Trump won 2016.
2016 Plan A - Flynn etc - Obamagate/Mueller investigation in motion..
2016 - Trump wins. panic.
Jan 2017 - Plan B initiated, just in case Plan A fails.
2019 Plan C - Ukrainegate - inserted on the fly . Fails.
2019 - Plandemic Plan B, their last option. China wants to rule the world agrees.
Spring of 2019 mitigates? Decides on "foreign interferrence in election" first to avoid releasing plandemic? Except Trump rallies get larger and larger; clear Trump is going to win… leaving no choice?
But - the good guys know.
