>Would you still support Trump knowing he could've stopped the pandemic

I suspect Q Team and Trump used Looking Glass to view many different scenarios/timelines based on their response to the communist bioweapon/vax plot. It could well be that no timelines allowed POTUS to protect everyone, so he chose the timeline that ensured U.S. national survival and minimized casualties.

Yes, Looking Glass is something that has quite a lot of mil/contractor/intel world testimony behind it. Starting with Lazar in '89, and then over the next 25 years Dan Burisch, Bill Wood, and as I recall Bob Dean also talked about it. It fell generally under what some mil types call WS-FM (Weird Science and Frickin' Magic).

Part of the Law of War material seemed to imply that the occupying regime in DC can be allowed limited latitude to make policy - specifically domestic policy - but that foreign policy shall remain in the hands of the legit/DJT govt.

Camel Toe trying to negotiate with Guatemala probably crossed a red line. And/or she was simply trying to get the hell out of Dodge before the dam breaks.
