I get emails from Project Veritas, thought I'd share this one:
Over the last 10 years, Project Veritas has grown into an investigative juggernaut with a unique ability to continually break massive international stories the Mainstream Media refuses to cover.
It wasn’t always like that though.
The Project Veritas you see today is the direct result of the blood, sweat, and tears of those who work and have worked here.
And to know where we are headed, you must know where we came from, and who we are at our core.
Simply put, working at Project Veritas isn’t a job – it’s a lifestyle, and it isn’t for the faint of heart.
It isn’t for those who are fearful, and it most certainly isn’t for those who are weak.
Every single employee at this organization comes to work knowing that they are making an impact and that changing the world for the better rides upon their shoulders.
Those who succeed live out Project Veritas’ Core Values daily.
The ones who don’t, fail miserably and are quickly removed.
If you work at Project Veritas, you live out these values (sounds like anons to me):
MORAL COURAGE - Courage is the virtue that sustains all others. We choose to overcome our fears.
WE ARE ALL LEADERS - Turning people into leaders. Completed staff work. Ownership.
COLLABORATION - Best not to work in silos. No one individual is as smart as all of us.
RESILIENCE - Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. Never, ever, ever give up. We don't let mistakes or setbacks discourage us. Pursue perfection, knowing full well you will never attain it.
MISSION DRIVEN - The best people are motivated by purpose. We are passionate and truly believe in our cause. We must be externally focused, not internally focused.
MAKE THE STATUS QUO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE - We move mountains. Failure is not an option. We do whatever it takes.
THE TIP OF THE SPEAR - We are a loss leader. We do not shy away from conflict or litigation.
Without these values we all embrace, Veritas would cease to exist as we know it.
At Project Veritas, we EARN each other’s respect through hard work and dedication.
We take ownership for required deliverables, and we collaborate with our colleagues to achieve our goals.
Most importantly, we ALL make mistakes. We are human.
What differentiates employees at Project Veritas from the rest is that we don’t allow our mistakes to stray us away from our mission.
We learn from our mistakes and improve ourselves at every turn.
Nobody who works at Project Veritas is here for money, fame, ego, or self-interest. There is simply no place for that. We only succeed because everyone here makes valuable contributions towards the mission’s success.
And last, but not least, failure is simply not an option. We know that it can happen, but we must strive to avoid it at all costs and find a way to correct that failure. We must be the example and the change we wish to see in the world – succumbing to failure simply isn’t part of who we are.
My goal with this email is to familiarize you with how Project Veritas operates. I think it is good for the public to have insight about just how hard Veritas employees work every day.
I hope you take this message to heart and can apply these Core Values to your life as well.
