Bitcoin keeps bringing in the advancements from the lesser coins.
I mean, that's basically the reason for their existence.
I do not see Bitcoin being toppled. It has "first mover advantage."
Also, developers.
Bitcoin has changed since the beginning (Lightning Network, SEGWIT, and much more I'm not aware of). It will continue to do so.
That 21m coin limit could even change. That would be somewhat disastrous to do though, so I'm guessing they won't.
