A 42-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in the left arm on 24Apr2021 at 09:15 (Batch/Lot number and Expiration date were unknown) as the 2nd dose, single for COVID-19 immunization. The patient previously received the 1st dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE) on an unspecified date. The facility where the most recent COVID-19 vaccine was administered was at the pharmacy or drug store. The patient had no medical history. The patient had no known allergies. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 24Apr2021, the patient experienced flu like symptoms. After 48 hours (on 26Apr2021) and when flu like symptoms went away, the patient immediately noticed something else; he no longer could get an erection.He had never had an issue ever in life until 48 hours after his second injection and still 2 weeks later, he could not get an erection, which was considered serious as it resulted in disability. The adverse events (AEs) did result in a doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. The patient did not receive any treatment for the AEs. The patient recovered from the event ""flu like symptoms"" on 26Apr2021, while he was not recovered from the event ""no longer could get an erection."" No follow-up attempts are possible, information about batch/lot number cannot be obtained. No further information is expected.""
