I say we kill the hot mics. Regulation is no an option. Best way to kill a corporate entity such as FB? Drain it of it's resources. Is the class action lawsuit about getting paid? Not really. It's about killing a giant with potentially 2 billion paper-cuts. A few million may do just fine though.
