It's not a rabbit hole, it's a sink hole. You could get lost for years in there. Nepotism, collusion, cartels, all manner of seedy shit, it's all there.
We've only touched the surface and it's led to the Bush dynasty and Halliburton. They scored big after the Iraq war with Halliburton getting a lot of the oilfield rebuild work.
