Kinda funny how the NIH, which is the greatest source of funds for medical research can only seem to develop new ways to cull and control us for profit, while actual useful research appears to be going on in China. Maybe if the "institutions of higher learning" in the US had not been co-opted by bad actors and MKUltra type experimentation we'd be in a better place. Don't defund the police, defund the Universities! If they had to fend for themselves they might actually start doing something beneficial.
