You mean follow your lead?

Wait wut?

Face it - there aren't enough Bakers to cover things 24x7 in 2021.

At least if there's enough Anons committed to making sure a bread is up (put me in that group) that solves half the problem.

Then Anons can figure out the Notetaking part (I ain't doing that) to solve the other half.

>Anon note collectors as well.

That's kinda the point I've been making for a while now.

Breadmakers - there's enough Anons around that can do that but don't want to take Notes.

Notetakers - there's enough Anons around that can do that but don't want the breadmaking responsibility.

Do Both Bakers - bigly shortages there.

E-Baker's #1 job is to make sure a bread goes up when no other Bakers are around to do it.

As long as the Dough says Open Kitchen then other Bakers or Notetakers can see that one is still needed.

Think this through - if non-Notetaking E-Bakers get ragged hard then what's the chances that QR could go an hour or so without bread to post in?

Let's cut the E-Bakers some slack - they're doing a solid not crowding out someone that would normally be Baking.

>Regroup, rethink, get tougher, get smarter. Never give up.

Those of us still active here are in this camp.

Many Anons have taken a break prolly for their own sanity.

Can't say I blame them as it's not easy waiting waiting waiting.

It was a good sign Memorial Day Weekend to see all the Anons come flying back in thinking Q had posted on his board tho.
