Tru. But anons are great at adapting to challenges! Doing both takes a lot of time and focus. So if I'm baking, doing both, I find I need all attention on the job at hand. It's not as fast as it used to be, so I can grab a ciggy or sammich during the bake, but still have to pay close attention to be able to gather good notes. Sometimes when I'm too tired from work or don't have time cuz heading to work soon, I just help by gathering notes from previous breads that are missing. It's therapeutic in a way. No time pressure and helps me catch up on what's happening at the same time. So sometimes you have a baker who is unable to focus on the entire job at that moment, or just doesn't have the time or ability to focus on gathering notes atm, so they just take care of the ebake. Or they are not prepared to bake and just gather notes to help out. And then you have anons who only do one or the other. Either way, team work makes the dream work. Thank you frens!
