The world’s first-ever full forensic audit of a Presidential Election continued Monday night for another 8 PM – 1 AM counting shift.

The staff is transforming the counting floor into a forensics floor as the hand count reaches completion, and the high number of counting tables is obsolete.

On Monday afternoon, Senate liasion Ken Bennett told The Gateway Pundit that the audit team would be about 80% completed with counting by the end of the day. At 12:10 AM on Tuesday, The number of untouched pallets remaining was only five.

The AZ audit team is maxing out capacity on forensic tables in order to finish that process and deliver a final report ASAP. Within the coming weeks, we will finally know the answer on whether or not this was a fraudulent election.

Other states with irregularities pointing to fraud, similar to those seen in Arizona, are expected to come to Arizona for a full walkthrough of the process. As TGP reported earlier, a team from the state of Georgia will be on the floor later today to evaluate implementing a full forensic audit at home in GA.

On Monday morning, reporter Christina Bobb told OAN that a HANDFUL of states may be coming out to Arizona for a tour of the first full forensic audit in history, starting with Georgia TODAY.

As the audit in Arizona was winding down for the night, just after midnight, forensic tables on one side were filled with staff and they were down to only FIVE MORE untouched pallets to count. Even more, additional forensic tables continue to be propped up and will continue to be staffed.

Yesterday was another successful day of auditing the 2020 election and it will continue today at 8 AM with a special appearance from another key state in this questionable election.

Judge Orders Chicago Mayor's Attorneys To Clarify Policy On Denying Interviews To White Reporters

Attorneys for Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot on June 7 told a judge that they will file a sworn declaration clarifying the mayor’s policy on allowing interviews only to “people of color,” according to The Daily Caller.

Lightfoot’s office denied interview requests from at least two white reporters explaining that the mayor would only grant requests from black or brown journalists. There was no mention of the office’s policy for Asian reporters. Lightfoot went on to explicitly state and defend the discriminatory policy on Twitter last month.

“Diversity and inclusion is imperative across all institutions including media. In order to progress, we must change. This is exactly why I’m being intentional about prioritizing media requests from POC reporters on the occasion of the two-year anniversary of my inauguration as mayor of this great city,” Lightfoot said, using the acronym for “people of color.”

Daily Caller reporter Thomas Catenacci filed a lawsuit against Lightfoot on May 27 alleging that Lightfoot discriminated against him because he is white and violated his First Amendment rights. According to the complaint (pdf), Catenacci requested and was not granted one-on-one interviews with Lightfoot on May 20, 21, and 24.

During a court hearing on June 7, attorneys for Lightfoot argued that Catenacci “has no evidence this policy is in effect,” according to The Daily Caller.

Attorneys for Catenacci countered that “there is no evidence that this policy is not in effect” and that Lightfoot’s office “hasn’t provided any non-racial reason as to why the interview has not been granted.”

Lightfoot’s policy sparked backlash after she came to defend it, including from fellow reporters. Gregory Pratt, a Latino reporter with the Chicago Tribune, said Wednesday his interview request with Lightfoot was granted.

“However, I asked the mayor’s office to lift its condition on others and when they said no, we respectfully canceled. Politicians don’t get to choose who covers them,” he said in a tweet.

According to a preliminary injunction (pdf) filed by Catenacci’s lawyers on June 2, Lightfoot had at the time still not granted any interviews to white reporters.

The injunction request cites Charles Whitaker, dean at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, who said, “We would never, ever in a million years allow that of a white politician. [I]t’s dangerous now to say we are going to allow that of a Black politician simply to make a point about the historic inequities in media.”

The injunction also cites The National Association of Hispanic Journalists, which said in a statement that it “does not condone restricting press access based on a journalist’s race/ethnicity. Any action that threatens the cornerstone of our democracy and First Amendment rights is unacceptable.”

Lightfoot’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Senate releases damning report on Capitol riot: Intel ignored, officers undertrained & underequipped, leaders & backup missing

A bipartisan US Senate report has provided more details about the many lapses of the domestic security system in the run-up to and during the January riot on Capitol Hill.

The 127-page document, which ends with a full transcript of the speech that Donald Trump delivered before his supporters during the Stop the Steal rally on January 6, was released on Tuesday. It stopped short of assigning political blame to the former president and instead delved into the details of the embarrassing failure to protect the Capitol Building from the breach by Trump supporters. An attempt to start a broader investigation into the events, similar to the 9/11 Commission, was blocked by Republicans earlier in May.

In the days before the riot, there were clear signs that some people were heading to Washington, DC and preparing to use force, the report said. Police were aware that plans for breaching the Capitol Building were being discussed online and that people were sharing maps of the complex. However, both the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security failed to take the threat seriously and issue formal intelligence bulletins. The US Capitol Police’s (USCP) own intelligence teams likewise failed to warn about the scope of the potential danger.

Making matters worse, the USCP unit tasked with handling civil disturbances was poorly prepared to deal with the riot. Officers were not authorized to put on protective gear at the start of their shifts or to use the more serious weapons at their disposal, like sting ball grenades. This was in part because many lacked the training necessary to use these weapons, according to the report.

When the chaotic confrontations at the Capitol began, the police were largely on their own, with nobody coordinating the response. “USCP leadership never took control of the radio system to communicate orders to front-line officers,” the report said.

“For hours the screams on the radio were horrific,” an officer interviewed by senators for the report said. “The sights were unimaginable and there was a complete loss of control… For hours NO Chief or above took command and control. Officers were begging and pleading for help for medical triage.”

Meanwhile, the National Guard was slow in deploying to help out the USCP. Roughly three hours were spent on planning, securing multiple approvals, and other activities before the troops were actually sent out. The Pentagon’s slow action, the report said, was “informed by criticism” it faced after the “heavy-handed” response to Black Lives Matter protests in 2020.

ProPublica has obtained a vast trove of Internal Revenue Service data on the tax returns of thousands of the nation’s wealthiest people, covering more than 15 years. The data provides an unprecedented look inside the financial lives of America’s titans, including Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Rupert Murdoch and Mark Zuckerberg. It shows not just their income and taxes, but also their investments, stock trades, gambling winnings and even the results of audits.

Taken together, it demolishes the cornerstone myth of the American tax system: that everyone pays their fair share and the richest Americans pay the most. The IRS records show that the wealthiest can — perfectly legally — pay income taxes that are only a tiny fraction of the hundreds of millions, if not billions, their fortunes grow each year.

Many Americans live paycheck to paycheck, amassing little wealth and paying the federal government a percentage of their income that rises if they earn more. In recent years, the median American household earned about $70,000 annually and paid 14% in federal taxes. The highest income tax rate, 37%, kicked in this year, for couples, on earnings above $628,300.

Issue behind mass internet outage 'has been identified' & is currently being fixed, says Fastly

Fastly announced on Tuesday that it had identified the problem allegedly responsible for a mass internet outage which took Amazon, Reddit, the UK government, and dozens of news outlets offline, and is currently fixing it.

The cloud computing services company, which is used by many websites across the world, revealed on Tuesday morning that the “issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented,” under an hour after it first announced it was investigating the issue.

A glitch in Fastly's system was allegedly behind the mass website outage, which took some of the web's most-visited domains offline, including Amazon, Reddit, Twitch, GitHub, eBay, Etsy, Pinterest, Stack Overflow, and the UK government, as well as dozens of news outlets, such as the New York Times, the Guardian, the Independent, FT, CNN, the Atlantic, the New Statesman, Le Monde, New York Magazine, and the New Yorker.

Affected websites began to return to life shortly after Fastly's announcement. However, the Guardian’s technology editor Alex Hern explained that, due to the nature of content delivery networks (CDNs), “it will take time for every website to come back in every country.”

‘Trusted’ tech platform used by US govt offices held hostage in ransomware attack – media

A technology platform called iConstituent, which is used by many US government offices to connect with their constituents, has reportedly been affected by a ransomware attack.

According to reports, government offices have been unable to properly use the service for weeks since the cyberattack was made. Users of iConstituent include nearly 60 offices in the House of Representatives; the states of Illinois, Hawaii, Kentucky and Georgia; the cities of Los Angeles and East Palo Alto; and the New York State Assembly. The platform boasts of being “trusted by the nation’s leading government offices.”

A quote from Pennsylvania State Senator Jay Costa is also featured on the iConstituent website, with Costa praising the platform for allowing his office to “stay in touch” with constituents “during COVID-19 by providing constituent outreach tools.”

Despite the importance of the service to many US government offices, iConstituent has yet to release a public statement on the matter.

However, Catherine Szpindor, Chief Administrative Officer of the US House of Representatives, told Punchbowl News that her office had been informed by iConstituent that its “e-newsletter system was hit with a ransomware attack” and that she is “coordinating with the impacted offices supported by iConstituent” to take measures ensuring the attack “does not affect the House network and offices’ data.”

Szpindor reassured Punchbowl News that the service affected by the attack – iConstituent’s e-newsletter system – is only “an external service available for House offices to purchase” and the government is “not aware of any impact to House data.”

Several ransomware attacks in the US have been reported recently, including an attack on the Colonial Pipeline that caused fuel shortages, one on the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority, and one on the leading meat processing company JBS, which temporarily disrupted meat production in the US and other countries.

The diplomat was apparently referring to the ‘lab leak theory’, a hypothesis that the pathogen causing Covid-19 did not emerge naturally but was rather a product of gain-of-function experiments at a virus laboratory in Wuhan, China. The virus managed to escape the lab, starting the devastating pandemic, supporters of the theory believe.

This origin hypothesis was favored by former US President Donald Trump and his administration. The Trump-hostile US press treated it at the time as a conspiracy theory, while Silicon Valley censors worked to eradicate it from US-based social media, labeling it as misinformation about Covid-19.

Fauci warns dangerous Indian COVID variant could become dominant in US

Dr. Anthony Fauci warned Tuesday that the dangerous Indian COVID-19 variant could become the most dominant strain in the US — as the mutation has rapidly spread among younger people in the UK.

The White House chief medical adviser said he feared that the so-called Delta variant, B1.617.2, could overtake the highly-contagious UK variant, known as B117, in the country — an alarming prospect we should not let happen.

“We cannot let that happen in the United States, which is such a powerful argument… to get vaccinated,” Fauci said Tuesday at the White House COVID-19 task force briefing.

The infectious disease expert pointed out that the exact situation is already playing out across the pond.

“In the UK, the Delta variant is the rapidly emerging as the dominant variant, [accounting for] greater than 60 percent. It is replacing the B117,” he warned.

“When talking to their health authorities, the transmission is peaking in the younger group of 12- to 20-year-olds — mainly that group that we’re concerned about here, about making sure they get vaccinated,” he added.

Currently, the Delta variant accounts for about 6 percent of cases in the US, Fauci said.

His warning comes as the Biden administration faces criticism about there being millions of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 shots at risk of expiring by the end of the month, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The White House, however, has defended the possibility of wasted doses.

“It’s not realistic to expect that not a single dose will go to waste,” said Andy Slavitt, senior adviser to Biden’s coronavirus response team.

“You choose equity over making sure that there wasn’t a single wasted dose. Those are values we’ve continued to prioritize — speed and equity as the most important things and that means inevitably there will be situations where that will happen now again,” he added.

NYT, MSNBC’s Mara Gay: ‘Disturbing’ to see ‘dozens of American flags’ on trucks on Long Island

MSNBC contributor Mara Gay said Tuesday that she was “disturbed” to see “dozens of American flags” flown by Donald Trump supporters during a weekend trip to Long Island, New York.

The left-wing editorial board member for the New York Times was also distressed by what she called expletives on the trucks against President Biden, describing the flag-flying Trump supporters as sending a clear message: “This is my country … not your country. I own this.”

“The reality is here that we have a large percentage of the American population — I don’t know how big it is, but we have tens of millions of Trump voters who continue to believe that their rights as citizens are under threat by simple virtue of having to share the democracy with others,” Gay said in response to MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski calling for an investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

“I think that as long as they see Americanness as the same as one with whiteness, this is going to continue,” Gay said, turning to race and adding that “Americanness” and “whiteness” needed to be separated.

“I was on Long Island this weekend visiting a really dear friend, and I was really disturbed. I saw, you know, dozens and dozens of pickup trucks with explicatives [sic] against Joe Biden on the back of them, Trump flags, and in some cases just dozens of American flags, which is also just disturbing … Essentially the message was clear: This is my country. This is not your country. I own this,” Gay said.

She claimed Americans would continue to see things like that until the country was ready to have the conversation about “whiteness,” adding her concern that “a large percentage of Americans” don’t understand the threat that it is.

Caught on Tape: Democrat Lawmaker Admits Biden ‘Infrastructure’ Plan Is Really About Climate Change

Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-NJ) admitted during a recent town hall that President Joe Biden’s infrastructure plan focuses more on climate change than the built environment, despite his calling for bipartisan support for the partisan legislation.

Malinowski, who represents New Jersey’s seventh district, said much of Biden’s infrastructure plan focuses on climate change and other items unrelated to building roads, tunnels, and bridges.

The seventh district serves as a prime target for Republicans to flip during the 2022 midterm elections; Malinowski beat Republican state Sen. Thomas Kean Jr. in 2020 by only 1.2 percent. Hillary Clinton won the district by one percent in 2016 and Republicans have traditionally held the district for decades.

The two-term Democrat said during a June 4th “Congress in Your Kitchen” virtual town hall that the Biden infrastructure plan contains many items that many Americans would not consider infrastructure during the town hall. He noted many Republicans had criticized Biden’s proposal for not focusing more on traditional infrastructures, such as roads, tunnels, and bridges.

President Biden, on the other hand, proposed a bill that defines infrastructure more broadly… and, on top of that, included some things that probably most people would not think of as infrastructure but that many of us think are really important for the country.

Malinowski also said he hopes to lead America from fossil fuels to clean energy, which could have a devastating impact on New Jersey jobs.

Malinowski’s clean energy transition could endanger up to 142,000 jobs at risk and increase energy costs by up to $292 per month.

He outlined, “On top of that, what I’m really pushing hard for is an investment that will help America lead the world in the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy.”

He said that America should also invest in electric cars and electric car charging stations.

Malinowski’s admission about the nature of the infrastructure bill comes at a time the Biden administration desperately tries to strike a deal with Republicans. Democrats’ legislative agenda has hit a grinding halt after they passed their partisan $1.9 trillion coronavirus bill earlier this year, and their ability to pass an infrastructure bill could determine if Democrats could hold their historically slim House majority.

Malinowski’s ouster of then-Rep. Leonard Lance (R-NJ) in 2018 helped Democrats regain their House majority.

Republicans have railed against the infrastructure for supporting a bill that spends less than one-quarter on roads, tunnels, and bridges.

Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO), the House Budget Committee ranking member, told Breitbart News that the infrastructure bill contains only 13 percent that would amount to physical infrastructure.

Smith said:

Now, when you look at this infrastructure bill, they’re trying to call it an infrastructure bill, but in fact out the 2.3 trillion dollars, less than six percent is actually going towards roads and bridges, less than two percent is going towards airports, dams, less than five percent goes to broadband. Less than 13 percent is going to infrastructure.

Malinowski’s confession about the partisan makeup of the legislation also runs counter to comments he also made last week when he wished for the infrastructure to have bipartisan support.

“It would be better if we did this as a unified Congress, as a unified country,” Malinowski told CNN the day before his virtual town hall. “But the bottom line is, one way or another, we have to do it. We have to deliver.”

Blinken Says Unaware US Steel Industry Almost Entirely Dependent on Russian Coal

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Monday it was news to him that cheap coal from Russia allegedly undermines the United States' domestic supply and creates a national security threat for the steel industry.

“No, I have to acknowledge this is news to me, not something I focused on, and I very much appreciate you bring it to my attention,” Blinken said when Congressman Dan Meuser asked him whether he was aware that 90 percent of anthracite coal used in the US steel industry come from Russia.

During a US House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing, Meuser described the situation with the coal supply in the United States as a threat to national security.

Meuser said over the past five years Pennsylvania anthracite production shrunk by 20 percent while the total sales of Russia anthracite increased from 6 million tones in 2016 to 22 million tones in 2020, or 12 times higher than the domestic usage in the United States.

“I am concerned Russia is attempting to undermine our domestic supply which creates a national security, as well as a threat to our economy, that does in fact need our attention,” Meuser said.

The congressman also called upon Blinken to look closer into the matter of allegedly “very questionable” and “illegal” dumping of Russian anthracite in the United States.

WHO advisory board member admits China engaging in 'massive cover-up' on COVID-19 origins

Jamie Metzl, an advisory board member for the World Health Organization, admitted Monday that communist-controlled China continues to engage in a "massive cover-up" to hide the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following a rushed investigation earlier this year, the WHO concluded the possibility that COVID-19 escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology was "extremely unlikely."

An investigative team assembled by the WHO reached the conclusion despite being hamstrung by Beijing, which tightly controlled the brief investigation. In fact, Dr. Peter Daszak, a controversial figure who served on that investigative team, later admitted that WHO investigators essentially believed the information that Beijing gave them about COVID-19.

Speaking on Fox News, Metzl revealed the extent of Beijing's campaign to smolder the truth about COVID-19.

"The Chinese have engaged in a massive cover-up that is going on until this day, involving destroying samples, hiding records, placing a universal gag order on Chinese scientists and imprisoning Chinese citizen journalists asking the most basic question," Metzl explained.

Nevada Governor Found Hoarding Hydroxychloroquine After Banning It

Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak, Democrat, had a kneejerk reaction to President Trump’s optimism about a malaria drug that might be an effective treatment for the Wuhan coronavirus. Trump was hopeful about the drug, so anti-Trump Democrats like Sisolak were against it.

According to sources at the drug maker, Concordia Pharmaceuticals Inc, Nevada prisons ordered a large number of their anti-malaria Hydroxychloroquine drug under the name, Plaquenli.

Nevada prisons has literally ZERO cases of prisoners infected with the COVID 19 virus to date. The Nevada Board of Pharmacies and the Governor claimed the rule barring doctors from prescribing the drug outside of hospitals was to stop hoarding.

After Sisolak’s ban went into effect, the State Prison hoarded the drug in a mass just in case they had break out.

Gov. Sisolak refused to reverse his order even after the FDA issued an emergency order earlier this week approving the drug for use against COVID 19.

Unbelievable. And Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is no better. When reports that (hydroxy)chloroquine showed promising signs as a safe treatment for the coronavirus, and after President Trump expressed his optimism over the drug’s efficacy, Whitmer moved immediately to block Michiganders from gaining access to the potentially life-saving treatment.

China becomes 1st country to offer Covid-19 vaccines to children as young as 3

China has granted emergency approval for the use of the Sinovac Covid-19 vaccine in children aged three and older, becoming the first nation to open its inoculation program to individuals who are that young.

On Tuesday, a spokesperson for Sinovac confirmed that the company’s Covid vaccine has been “approved for emergency use in three- to 17-year-olds". However, the manufacturer did not provide any information on when those children would start to receive the jab.

The National Health Commission in China is responsible for outlining the schedule for the country’s vaccine rollout, and it will update its plans to include children who are authorized to receive it “according to China’s current epidemic prevention and control needs and vaccine supply.”

Sinovac has successfully completed early phase trials of its Covid vaccine in both children and adolescents, with plans to make the data publicly available in a scientific journal in the near future.

The news had been rumored over the weekend, after Chinese state TV reported than an unnamed official in the country’s State Council epidemic response task force had told reporters that “the safety and effectiveness” of the vaccine in children had been confirmed.

Sinopharm, which makes China’s other main domestically produced vaccine, has also stated that its data shows it is safe and effective in young children, but it did not reveal whether officials had or were set to approve it for emergency use.

Both the Sinovac and Sinopharm jabs are on the World Health Organization’s (WHO) list of Covid vaccines approved for emergency use in adults aged 18 and older. The WHO is not yet recommending vaccinating children, despite some nations announcing plans to do so.

On Monday, China’s national health authority confirmed that the country has administered more than 777 million Covid vaccine doses to individuals throughout the country, the largest number of any nation by a significant margin.

Since the start of the pandemic, China, where the virus was first detected, has seen 114,474 confirmed cases and 5,106 deaths, according to official data provided to the World Health Organization.

Donald Trump claimed credit recently for having identified China as the source of the virus and he demanded of 10 trillion dollars in compensation.

The Biden administration has demanded an investigation of the Wuhan labs so as to fend off this Republican assault, but since he has put opaque pay-to-play intelligence organizations in charge, and not established accountable international research teams, he guarantees that we will receive a politicized and meaningless report.

The entire circus is intended to distract the population as long as possible from the true origins of this crisis: the bid of a handful of the super-rich to employ a hyped up “virus” pandemic as a means to gut the government, the medical establishment, research institutes and the media permanently and to create a brave new world in which the “facts” that serve as the basis for policy decisions are decided in secret by them with no accountability to anyone. They now can make up figures for how many suffer from COVID19 at will and no one can prove them wrong in any media source that most citizens know about.

They dictate policy, whether lockdowns, quarantine, masks, or vaccines, in secret and then order the Congress, the White House, or research institutes and prestigious newspapers, to follow their mandate. This radical alteration of the landscape of decision making in the United States is the deadly outcome of the COVID19. Although it is entirely possible that some of the deaths attributed to COVID19 were the result of the use of bioweapons (whether those of America, China or other countries). But the media is not trying to investigate that question at all. Rather the reporting about COVID19, and the Wuhan Lab, is deeply flawed and aimed primarily at creating hysteria and confusion, and at dumbing down the population as a whole.

Do Mandatory Masks & Vaccines Break the 10 Points of the Nuremberg Code?

Mandatory masks continue to be the standard operating procedure for many counties, regions, districts, states and nations worldwide, as the COVID cult agenda progresses. In many places, while COVID vaccines are not yet mandatory, authorities are rushing to prepare to make them so, by setting up schemes like immunity passports, vaccine certificates and mandatory tracking databases, which log who has taken the shot and who has not. Meanwhile, inherent sovereign human rights are being limited to those who acquiesce to take the shot. The insanity and absurdity of the COVID cult is all the more apparent when you realize that its mandatory or quasi-mandatory rules stand in contradiction to a very important set of principles decided upon in 1947. I refer to the Nuremberg Code, the set of 10 points that arose from the infamous Nuremberg Trials conducted in the aftermath of World War II. I am not passing judgement on how impartial those trials were, because I know they were mainly run by the US and the Allies (as the victors), who for obvious reasons did not press charges against American generals such as Eisenhower (who later became US President) for his POW camps inside of Germany and carpet-bombing of Dresden. Nonetheless, the trials produced the Nuremberg Code which enshrined the principle of informed consent – a principle which, in the advent of the COVID scamdemic, is now highly relevant and is continually being put to the test. This article will look briefly at each of the 10 points in the light of COVID restrictions and rules.

The 10 Points of the Code

This website gives a brief history of how the 10 points of the Nuremberg Code came into existence. Interestingly, although the code is an international ethical landmark, it is apparently still not enshrined in American or German national law. We must assume those governments via their secret agencies like the CIA wanted to keep the door open to conduct medical experimentation (such as bioweapon programs like weaponized ticks) upon their citizenry without technically breaking the law:

“On August 19, 1947, the judges of the American military tribunal in the case of the USA vs. Karl Brandt et. al. delivered their verdict. Before announcing the guilt or innocence of each defendant, they confronted the difficult question of medical experimentation on human beings. Several German doctors had argued in their own defense that their experiments differed little from previous American or German ones. Furthermore they showed that no international law or informal statement differentiated between legal and illegal human experimentation. This argument worried Drs. Andrew Ivy and Leo Alexander, American doctors who had worked with the prosecution during the trial. On April 17, 1947, Dr. Alexander submitted a memorandum to the United States Counsel for War Crimes which outlined six points defining legitimate research. The verdict of August 19 reiterated almost all of these points in a section entitled “Permissible Medical Experiments” and revised the original six points into ten. Subsequently, the ten points became known as the “Nuremberg Code.” Although the code addressed the defense arguments in general, remarkably none of the specific findings against Brandt and his codefendants mentioned the code. Thus the legal force of the document was not well established. The uncertain use of the code continued in the half century following the trial when it informed numerous international ethics statements but failed to find a place in either the American or German national law codes. Nevertheless, it remains a landmark document on medical ethics and one of the most lasting products of the “Doctors Trial.””

Who’s the San Diego judge upending California’s gun laws?

When U.S. District Judge Roger T. Benitez wrote the very first sentence in his 94-page bombshell ruling that late last week struck down California’s decades-old ban on military-style “assault weapons,” he wasted no time setting the tone that has endeared him to gun rights advocates and infuriated critics such as Gov. Gavin Newsom.

“Like the Swiss Army Knife, the popular AR-15 rifle is a perfect combination of home defense weapon and homeland defense equipment,” the judge wrote, calling the weapon “good for both home and battle.”

In the span of just a few years, the San Diego senior judge with the colorful and controversial temperament has issued rulings gutting California’s extensive restrictions on gun ownership that are among the strictest in the country, from overturning the state’s ban on large-capacity ammunition magazines in 2019 to blocking the state’s background checks for ammunition buyers in 2020.

And each time the state of California has quickly appealed his decisions — as it vows to do again with last week’s ruling — setting up another 2nd Amendment showdown.

So who is Roger T. Benitez?

He’s a Cuban immigrant whose sharp-tongued rulings have quickened the pulses of conservatives throughout his almost quarter century on the bench.

Born in Havana, Benitez attended Imperial Valley College and San Diego State University before earning his law degree in 1978 at Western State University College of Law, now Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

He spent two decades in private practice from 1978 to 1997 before former Gov. Pete Wilson, a Republican, appointed Benitez as a judge on the Imperial County Superior Court.

Nominated to the federal bench by former President George W. Bush in 2003, Benitez was confirmed by the Senate in June 2004. Senator Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, noted he had put himself through college and said his “life embodies the spirit and strength of this nation.”

But the nomination was not without controversy.

Hatch said one bipartisan committee recommended Benitez “after a thorough review of his record and experience,” and another bipartisan nominating commission found him to be “highly qualified.”

“Judge Benitez is fair, rational, intelligent, and just,” said Eduardo A. Rivera, a lawyer and former Democratic mayor of Calexico, according to Hatch.

FBI investigates ANOTHER cyber attack, this time at NYC Law Department: City officials disable computer network in legal offices after finding ransomware that is commonly used by foreign governments

The FBI is investigating a cyber attack that took out the New York City Law Department on Monday and forced city officials to disable the computer network in its legal offices.

On Monday, officials detected a cyber attack and ransomware that is commonly used by foreign governments.

They disabled the entire network to try to protect data.

It's unclear who is responsible for the attack or if they asked for a ransom - like the Colonial Pipeline hackers did - but the issue appears to have been resolved.

The Law Department serves as a part of the city government. It is the legal department where lawyers on behalf of the city work, litigating civil cases and filing their own court files.

Around 1,000 lawyers work there and the agency holds the sensitive information of countless other government employees

'All the agencies come through us. We have everyone’s information,' one staffer, who first revealed the hack to The New York Daily News, said.

Retired Two-Star Reduced to 2nd Lieutenant After Sexual Battery Conviction

James Grazioplene, the retired Army major general who last year pleaded guilty to sexual battery, has been reduced in rank to second lieutenant.

Grazioplene was indicted by a Virginia grand jury on multiple charges, including rape, incest and aggravated sexual battery, allegedly involving his daughter in 1987 and 1988. He pleaded guilty to a single count of sexual battery last July in a deal that saw the rest of the charges dismissed.

In an email Tuesday morning, Pentagon spokeswoman Lisa Lawrence said Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin reduced Grazioplene's rank to the lowest possible for an officer in retirement.

"The Secretary of Defense changed the retired grade of then-Major General James J. Grazioplene, United States Army retired, to second lieutenant after determining that second lieutenant was the highest grade in which he served on active duty satisfactorily," Lawrence said. "This action may not be appealed. Second Lieutenant Grazioplene will maintain any benefits or privileges authorized for retired officers in the grade of second lieutenant."

Army Times first reported the reduction in rank.

Grazioplene's daughter, Jennifer Elmore, identified herself as his victim and chose to speak publicly about her story.

The Army originally charged Grazioplene in 2017 with violating Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, including six specifications of rape of a minor on multiple occasions between 1983 and 1989.

However, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruled that there should be a five-year statute of limitations on rape charges, and the Army dismissed the case.

The case then moved to civilian court in Prince William County, Virginia. Grazioplene was arrested in December 2018 after a grand jury indictment. After several delays, he was slated to face trial last September.

But in July 2020, Grazioplene pleaded guilty to the single charge in exchange for a 20-year suspended sentence and supervised probation. By that point, he had been incarcerated for 18 months and served no additional jail time as part of the plea agreement.

Elmore's attorney said at the time that she supported the plea agreement "because at the end of the day, the truth was more important than the punishment for her."

The reduction in retired rank means, among other things, that Grazioplene's retirement pay will be slashed by more than two-thirds.

He retired from the Army in 2005.

It is not certain which aggressive actions against NATO members Russia is accused of perpetrating, but based on his comments on Monday and in the recent past they include cyber attacks and reported poisoning of political opponents on the soil of NATO countries.

Since September 11, 2001 NATO has reacted to aggression against member states, actual and potential, by using Article 5 of its North Atlantic Treaty of 1949, which in part reads:

“The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all….[If] if such an armed attack occurs, each of them… will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force….” That is, the bloc will collectively go to war against the alleged aggressor.

In a joint press conference Tuesday afternoon, the heads of the Haredi political parties Shas and United Torah Judaism launched a stunning assault on the leader of the Yamina party and prime minister-designate, Naftali Bennett.

With the so-called change government set to be sworn in on Sunday and the ultra-Orthodox headed for the opposition, Haredi leaders branded Bennett as “wicked” and claimed his new government’s policies would endanger the Jewish state.

Bennett, who is set to become Israel’s first Orthodox prime minister, dismissed the attack as embarrassing and unhinged, a “hysterical outburst,” and vowed he would safeguard religious life in the country.

The coalition agreements signed by the parties have yet to be formally made public but will reportedly include advancing an IDF draft bill for some yeshiva students.

Other issues, including reforms on conversion to Judaism, civil unions, public transportation and the opening of supermarkets on Shabbat, appeared in some early drafts but were removed from the final document, Channel 12 said.

Still, Shas leader Aryeh Deri asserted that a government headed by Bennett “is going to destroy and ruin everything we have maintained for years. A government headed by Bennett will destroy Shabbat, conversion, the Chief Rabbinate, kashrut and will tear the people of Israel asunder,” he said. “For the sake of his personal ambition, Bennett is throwing away everything that is important to the Jewish people.”

Virginia elementary school teacher suspended for opposing gender policy must be reinstated, judge rules

Byron 'Tanner' Cross likely to succeed if case goes to trial, judge said

Byron "Tanner" Cross, a physical education teacher, has won an initial battle with the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), which placed him on leave after a controversial speech denouncing a proposed policy regarding gender.

In a letter Tuesday, Twelfth Circuit Judge James E. Plowman ordered LCPS to restore Cross' position as a physical education teacher at Leesburg Elementary School. The temporary injunction will allow Cross to maintain his job until Dec. 31, at which point the injunction will dissolve unless other orders are put in place.

Plowman argued that Cross was likely to succeed if his case was brought to trial, that the school district had adversely impacted his First Amendment rights, and that reinstating his job was within the "public interest."

Cross sparked an uproar last month when he told LCPS' school board that he wouldn't "affirm that a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa because it's against my religion. It's lying to a child, it's abuse to a child, and it's sinning against our God."

Just days after that speech, Cross was told in a letter not to come on the school's premises. The letter vaguely stated the school district was investigating "allegations that you engaged in conduct that has had a disruptive impact on the operations" of his school.

Plowman's letter rejected the school district's argument that it was suspending Cross not due to his speech, but because of the disruption it created.

"[T]he Court has found … that the disruption relied upon was insufficient," he wrote, adding that Cross' speech and religious content were "central" to LCPS' decision.

Plowman also argued that Cross' "interest in expressing his First Amendment speech outweigh the Defendant's interest in restricting the same and the level of disruption that Defendant asserts did not serve to meaningfully disrupt the operations or services of Leesburg Elementary School."

Leaked email shows scientist who manipulated coronaviruses thanking Fauci for lying about covid

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request has exposed Anthony Fauci as a treasonous criminal who premeditatively lied about the origin of the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).

An email sent from Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance to Fauci back on April 18, 2020, roughly six weeks after the plandemic was launched, shows that Fauci agreed early on to lie about the lab leak theory right from the start.

Daszak, whose group has extensive ties to the illegal gain of function research that Fauci was funding at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), thanked the fake television “doctor” and head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) for his service in obscuring the true origin of the Chinese Virus from public view.

“As the PI of the ROI grant publicly targeted by Fox News reporters at the Presidential press briefing last night, I just wanted to say a personal thank you on behalf of our staff and collaborators, for publicly standing up and stating that the scientific evidence supports a natural origin for COVID-19 from a bat-to-human spillover, not a lab release from the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” Daszak wrote in the email to Fauci.

“From my perspective, your comments are brave, and coming from your trusted voice, will help dispel the myths being spun around the virus’ origins. Once this pandemic’s over I look forward to thanking you in person and letting you know how important your comments are to us all.”

Fauci responded with a simple, “Many thanks for your kind note.”

Inappropriate Laughter, Kamala Harris Cannot Respond to Border Visit Question

There is absolutely nothing, not one thing, in the curriculum vitae of Kamala Harris that qualifies her for any elected office; she genuinely is not intelligence, coherent, or able to think rationally about issues or events. Some have likened her to the “female Obama”, but that’s unfair to Obama. Harris is even more profoundly over-her-head than Obama was. At least Obama had the skillset to be able to fake it in public.

Harris’s tell is the introduction of laughter, inappropriate laughter, cringeworthy awkwardness, when she is in the uncomfortable position of having to articulate any issue of importance that she just doesn’t comprehend. Harris has soundbites, rehearsed talking points, that she has trained herself to remember during public engagements. However, as soon as someone pushes her on the details of those talking points… she stutters, stammers and eventually starts laughing as a deflection. It is the most transparently obvious trait of a ‘poser’ without any qualification for the position. Stunningly so.

The transparency of her ineptitude is why she couldn’t gain more than 3% support during the Democrat presidential primary. However, her installation on the ticket was directly because she is from the stable of Obama’s toolbox. Harris has no capacity for independent or original thought. A total lack of intellect. The Human Rights Campaign supports child sex changes and has a manual on their website to help guide parents through drugging and maiming their adolescent children.
