The name "Pan" evokes this person in my mind. Pediatrician and California State Senator Dr. Richard Pan. I don't think history will remember him well. He was one of the sponsors of SB 277 that ended religious and philosophical vaccine exemptions in California. His other legislative acts are dubious at best.
I can't find it, but there was, I believe a picture of him posing with Hillary Clinton. I sincerely believe his co-operating in genocide.
