Owned many properties….local property tax assholes made it clear they didn’t like that….wouldn’t take cash, or personal check…only certain bank checks were accepted…huge pain in the ass every 3 months
Many cities have stopped printing deeds….gone to electronic deeds….kek…..
Tax assessors don’t want you to have a hard copy…..if you stop paying taxes makes it very hard for them to kick you out
Property tax should stop after 60 yrs old….seen too many elderly kicked to the curb due to taxes
