Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on the Quraishi nomination and the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the District of Columbia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, the mandatory quorum calls required under Rule XXII be waived.
