How can Twitter justify the complete banning of individuals from its service, when GOVERNMENT AGENCIES are relying upon the service to communicate important information to the general public?

Sometimes, SOLELY through Twitter?

Seems odd, and even illegal.

Reminds me of the story of

2008 October 4th

19-year-old Lina Morgana died by suicide, jumping off the roof of a Staten Island hotel.

Nearly two years later, her mother Yana Morgana will take her story to the New York Post, alleging that Lady Gaga stole Morgana's act.

I guess you are right.

But if that government agency relies upon Twitter to deliver emergency information, then the public would not be expected to receive it in a timely manner, if they have to specifically visit each account specifically, constantly throughout the day to be aware of possible warnings.

If Twitter is using that logic, as you're implying, then a competent attorney should be able to shoot it down just as easily.

IDK. IANAL.
