Spouse and I looking to buy specific beach condos on FL east coast

Inside of a few weeks, every single one GONE. Full asking price ( some way higher than current market) weird!

Thinking about it…. if Americans were to come into $$$ ( say China pays reparations or all Fed Agencies shut down , or current loans waived etc). suddenly lots of people buying houses and condos. And who owns them??

As an owner of vacation, residential and commercial property, I can tell you we have been INUNDATED with realtors wanting to list every single thing we own.

Something huge is about to go down.

Yes FL mkt is hot, what with CA and NY folks flocking here.

While I get supply and demand quotient, too many people are noting an uptick in mass buying nationwide. Have had conversations with several people about it. Even realtors are saying they can’t get properties to list cuz they are sold before ever hitting the market.
