The low wattage thinking and talking if these Public Officials is so repulsive, it’s like [their] secret weapon to keeping good people OUT of public service. I simply could not stand in and around these people all day without eventually throwing a stapler or some piece of furniture at them. I know this about myself, and thus MUST choose not to interact with them. It really is like [their] super advantage weapon.
Most thespians, i find, to be painfully tedious.
Completely useless in serious working space.
Makes sense their sort are often drawn to “Public Service”… the “job” simply pays better and better with every-next line of bullshit.
And it seems exponential. Early on, serious people try to organize efficiently run public works. Half-asses are literally GIVEN some make-work because they just can’t cut it anywhere else. Then, the good people simply can’t stand being around an ever increasing number of dumb-fucks. Then one day, the DumbFucks find themselves at the helm, and too damn dumb to have any inkling how they actually got there, nor how anything is actually produced or achieved. And they are proud of themselves.
Maybe to be clearer, it’s not really the stupidity nor a particularly low IQ (totally innocent and forgivable, and even accommodatable)…
It’s the arrogance and condescension, combined with the blithering shortsightedness, small mindedness, and suicidal (homicidal along the way) selfishness. I get feelings of needing to physically defend for my own life. A sense of needing to act with great immediacy. So i stay far far away from such people… as They simply pass ever more Rules, Mandates and Statutes.
