Our single-family home will go on the market in August 2021. Being Anons, we are aware of the coyotes and other assorted predators who are bidding up the prices as a step towards the WEF's "You will own NOTHING, and you'll be HAPPY."

We like our neighbors, and therefore will do everything in our power to assure that this house will be sold to an OWNER-OCCUPIER rather than a house-flipping speculator or an institutional bankster investor.

While we're aware that we may be forfeiting several thousands to tens of thousands of dollars in the final sales price by insisting on a suitable buyer who will add value to this neighborhood, we can see beyond our own immediate financial gain and are committed to maintaining the quality of life in this neighborhood which has sustained and nourished us for the years during which we have lived here.

Our neighbors are fine people, salt of the earth: a fireman, a nurse, a veterinarian, a bicycle repairman, landscapers and construction workers,… even a few teachers. People who work for a living and contribute to a higher quality of life for all. For their sake, we prefer to retain the primarily owner-occupied character of our neighborhood and are determined to turn our backs on excessive offers from people whose unstated goals are to destroy the quality of life for this neighborhood.

I can only pray that my other neighbors who may soon be planning to sell their homes will be similarly thoughtful when they evaluate offers to buy their properties.

That renewal of "marriage contract" is a Wiccan thing. For them, marriage is not an irreversible merging of spiritual energies from two living entities, until they become ONE, energetically.

It's an unstable and fleeting commitment, not a true lifetime commitment suitable for the upbringing of children.

Regardless of the presence or absence of legal documents, the merging of male and female with full consent and open hearts creates a combined energy which surpasses the individuals. This is the energy from which new life, the next generation, is created. When one or both of the partners in this marriage turn away from this commitment, vast pain and suffering are created.
