This water scare is bullshit! I work in the industry of building and installing pumps in northern CA. All our surface water is diverted to socal. (they never have water restrictions) We have plenty of ground water but they have slowly passed laws stopping or making it harder to drill wells. Selling water in CA is BIG business.
This is big farming country here. Wait till farmers can't get water. Can you say food shortage.
