I heard he's still way under the 80/20 limit considering. He didn't ask anyone to violate. They encroached on him. Therefore, he is hoping the solution will encroach upon him as well. It's only fair. He shouldn't have to spell everything out for the world to get action.
Makes sense when you consider counting from 0.
Think of binary and conventional computers as believing only 0 or 1 is a possible outcome to any argument it encounters. One would say it recognizes 2 forms of possible outcome. Then consider how Quantum computing expanded the count by one by also allowing the argument answer to be maybe or neutral. That's the closest analogy I can think of to help you understand my thought pattern.
