What if Team Trump is utilizing said EO (seizing assets ) and using those assets to buy homes currently on the market? (At a great price for the homeowner, above market value is a nice BOOM for the homeowner.)
Then, when the SHTF and all the Great Awakening info is turned loose, TeamTrump floods the market with all the homes/condos/properties they seized, which in turn drops the bottom out of the market.

This allows previously UNqualified OR Lower Income people to suddenly have the opportunity to become homeowners! At a much lower price.
