So I did a DuckDuckGo on CTBB and it turns out to be the stock symbol for Qwest Corporation

So I was going to dig more on my own and went to the bottom of the page and found the link About Lumen…Stopped when I opened it. I think it needs better digging than I am capable of. Thank You.
