Ppl need to understand why this happens.

1) non-citizens don't have to pay SS or medicare tax. That's like 10% labor cost saving for the company. This disincentive to hire American must be ended. Non-citizens should have an equivalent tax, which while it may not go direct to SS/medicare, ends the inequity. THIS ISSUE CAN BE FIXED

2) non-citizens who want a green card are stuck to the sponsoring company which is a form of indenture and they can be paid less and worked harder. This one is harder to fix. But #1 can be fixed, which is more than half the problem.
