the Fed people who would move into a state to sieze ballots would basically be outting themselves as (this is very technical, and sort-of playful) "irregardless of the law"

it would be the act of desparate people at the end of their regime.

when the Ruby Ridge shit ended, it was a collapse of the false narrative. The people on one side who were sent to do the bad thing finally got a clean narrative, and the real reasons why were exposed by the the Land Managers and their pdf revelations about the monitor towers, etc. I think that the men in front who were told to stand their guard decided to tell their managers 'no, we won't follow this unjust order.'

so if feds are sent into do that, perhaps they'd be smart enough people to say 'we were tasked with a mission by our bosses, those bosses were curupt. they had decided to tell us how to perform our duties. But bungie bosses must be ignored.

and we are here but we aren't siezing anything, but shall bare witness to this process and . . .

see, how I write these fictions. . . .

if you're a Fed enforcer and your bosses give you what your lawyer pals are telling you might be an unconstitutional order?

who do you listen to?

President Joe?

or to the common sense idea that states run the elections? and the Feds must butt out?

humm . . .

if they give the order to sieve, the fed guys who 'd be sent in request a meeting.

(another fiction?) for 'clarity'

they bring their lawyer pal constitutional lawyers (well known, I'd suppose) and they say 'well . . . by the way . . . we've been counciled NOT to do what cha telling us ta-do (they'd say it just like that).

and then someone else (who? ) would step in and arrest? really? the people who gave the orders to sieze the ballots?

that's the fiction part.

anyway, ya, they can give such an order but big jim the fed from the happy place has a mind and uses it too. (and giant arms) he's not their sock.
