Looks like he was burned, some of his skin was flayed off, his right leg was amputated below the knee, left leg look intack to the ankle. Can't see if foot is still there. This could of been a burn/expolosion victim. Or worst…a torture victim. The fact that the sheets are stained with something means the nursing staff wasn't very diligent about changing or maintaining draining pads around this guy. The facility doesn't look modern or like a standard hospital room in the states. They could be in the middle of cleaning the burn wounds but why they wouldn't maintain burn wrappings and clean the wounds bit by bit doesn't make sense. Burn victims are usually cleaned and wrapped with moist jell pads that are changed daily.
