See that second clause in the 4th section of the 14th Amendment? If somebody can prove or establish that the current government is in rebellion or hostile to the CONstitution and to the people of the united States then the debt might be repudiated.

You'll never get the US government to declare that it is in rebellion to the US government, so the debt accrued by the US government cannot be questioned.
The 13th Amendment freed the slaves.

They were setting up America for the coming New World Order. I believe the American Civil War was the beginning of that process. But it wasn't really a civil war, it was a rebellion. A rebellion of certain powerful and wealthy individuals against the old order in America, the Southern Aristocracy. We lost that war and the result is all that you see now.
I believe the Civil War could be more accurately called the Second American Revolution.
