Also, I came to observe when Leary began trying to sell LSD, his main purpose was to lead individuals, under the influence, to 'illumination'. Problem was, it wasn't a part of this reality, because it couldn't be maintained always coming back to to our earthly realm. You can't shove that shit into those who haven't had the experience, and expect them to believe it, it's one of those things you have to experience, ergo: 'The Psychedelic Experience'. They'd think you were crazy, as was Leary's case.
