A quote out of context is a pretext for a prooftext.
Just quoting a verse and then claiming someone is lying isn't proof of anything other than you can copy/paste. It might be a good polemic with your friends, but it won't convince an honest Catholic you know what you're talking about.

There is nothing that makes me more angry than scandal in the Church. Not even the fact that jews can rape, torture, murder, and destroy civilizations outside the bounds of criticism.
So I agree with you, the truth is all that matters. I agree with you, that it is bad that jews escape scrutiny. But that is only possible because the people have lost God. A Godly, well catechized people would not fall for the cheap tricks the devil is pushing, and thus I blame myself for it, not the devil for getting away with it, if that makes sense.

You can say that all you want, it doesn't make it true. You've given no reason to reject Catholicism. No basis for your religion that is stronger than the papacy. You've done nothing to touch the arguments presented.
Study more. Meditate more. Read the Bible more. Let Christ guide you in humility, and let your pride wash away.
