SSDT being installed on servers will allow for a SSIS package to be run locally..

Theyre just a garbage markup language and are quick do ETL style work or even file level stuff.

If they had SSDT on the servers, and the info just now dropped, im betting on our bois to have recovered all the ssis pkgs or scripts used already.
