The church gatherings hid better.
The pastors trained more disciples.
And Christianity flourished under the persecution.
Then Constantine came along with the "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em", and set up a government legal church that remains to this day dead, poor, naked, and useless.
Man's destiny is limited by Man's Creator.
You have a problem with that.
You have a problem with the Almighty.
Now gauge your chances of succeeding in your rebellion, where better beings than you failed.
