Article needs validation

I'm doing a little research here, and I came across this article:

It makes the allegation that the first and second COVID waves were actually due to the WHO's flu vaccine rollout.

Has anyone seen anything that might verify that? It's a wild claim; but at this point, something like that wouldn't surprise me.
