Succession planning for all managers and staff that received the vaccine, and are planning having to replace them in the next three years
This is normally done on a regular basus of personnel move onto another job, but they are planning this for any staff that got the jab. They have never done this. So they know people will get sick or die within a three year period. They project in these huge gas and oil compamnies are thinking they are going to have to replace 1,000s of personnel. They project theyll lose 1/2 of their personnel in next three years. They are petrified.
