After the Biden DOJ targeted audit officials in Arizona, AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers punched back HARD with the threat of imprisonment if these gangsters intrude on her turf.

The US Constitution specifically gives the power to the states to regulate federal elections as they see fit.

Rogers: I have not but the response from around the country has been overwhelming because but for Arizona, we wouldn’t be doing this gold standard, in-depth forensic audit, and it is my honor to serve the people of Arizona, as I did for my country as an Air Force pilot, but this is a states rights issue. And this is our job as Arizona, as a state legislature, more specifically, the State Senate, to get to the bottom of the truth of 2020. Rogers: It’s hard to say. But let me put it this way, they will be legally dealt with, if they come and try to usurp our right as a state legislature, to do what is very important. And I will also say that Arizonans, we’re a tough breed out here. Okay, and we don’t appreciate DOJ Merrick Garland, getting into our mess kit.

The DOJ would have gotten away with it if it weren’t for this warrior! If lawmakers in ALL states stand up with the same courage exhibited by Sen. Rogers, Big government scare tactics will fail every time.

This threat should give other states even more justification to perform their own audit. What are these cronies afraid of? Why are they just now getting involved?

Zelensky Claims NATO "Confirmed" Ukraine Will Become Full Member

Coming off Monday's meeting of top NATO leaders in Brussels with Joe Biden, President Volodymyr Zelensky has issued a shock statement, claiming that NATO has "agreed" to admit Ukraine into the military alliance with Biden's blessing.

However, in simultaneous remarks given during Biden's anticipated press conference, the president actually appeared to suggest nothing has really change. He said Ukraine has more it must do to meet the "criteria" for NATO membership. "It depends on whether they meet the criteria," Biden told reporters. "The fact is, they still have to clean up corruption… School’s out on that question."

This has essentially been the Washington position all along - while the US desires a Ukrainian path to NATO membership, obstacles still remain.

As The Guardian also observed, "A tweet today from the Ukrainian president had led some reporters to think that the Nato summit had approved adding Ukraine as a member, but it seems that will not yet happen."

Hours ahead of Biden's Monday evening press conference, Zelensky had told US media outlets:

"If we are talking about NATO and the [Membership Action Plan], I would really like to get [from Biden] specifics - yes or no… We must get clear dates and the likelihood of this for Ukraine."

Arizona Senate Audit Liaison Disputes Report Claiming Hundreds of Thousands Ballots Missing

Spokespersons for the audit taking place in Arizona’s largest county are pushing back on a report that claimed auditors have discovered hundreds of thousands of ballots missing.

“There’s been no such finding yet,” Ken Bennett, a former Arizona Republican secretary of state, told The Epoch Times.

Asked whether there’s been confirmation so far of any ballots missing, he responded, “no.”

Bennett is the Arizona Senate’s liaison for the audit.

Randy Pullen, former chairman of the Arizona Republican Party, who is also serving as a spokesman for the audit, told reporters at the election review in Phoenix that the missing ballot claim is “crazy.”

The report was published by National File and cited Josh Barnett, who is running for Arizona’s 6th Congressional District. Barnett was described as an audit organizer.

“We found a ballot shortage, anywhere from 5 to 10 percent of the votes,” Barnett said. “It looks like a couple hundred thousand ballots are unaccounted for. The ballots are missing.”

Barnett did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Audit teams hired by the Senate have been poring over the nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County in the 2020 election at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix since late April. They have also been reviewing data from machines used in the election and other election material.

Auditors are down to the last few boxes of ballots, according to Bennett. The boxes primarily contain ballots that have been duplicated, such as when overseas voters email or fax their ballot and the vote is placed onto a regular ballot by poll workers so machines can scan them.

Auditors are verifying that there was one duplicated ballot made for each ballot that was submitted and that the duplicated ballot accurately reflected what was on its duplicate.

Attention is increasingly turning to paper evaluation, which includes looking at which ballots have folds and whether alignment on the front and the back of each ballot is correct.

“By the end of today by the end of today, almost all of our resources will be deployed on paper evaluation,” Bennett said.

That evaluation is expected to take most of the rest of the month. The Arizona Senate has control of the coliseum through June 30.

Zuckerberg Group Funnels Six-Figures to Wuhan Lab Partner, Gain-of-Function Advocate.

The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative – the funding group behind much of the unlawful election changes of 2020 – gave nearly half a million dollars to the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. The university counts Wuhan lab collaborator and gain-of-function proponent Dr. Ralph Baric as a lead researcher.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) Professor – who has also attended conferences at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and is described by the lab’s “bat woman” as her “longtime collaborator” – received the grant from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s philanthropic group in July 2020.

“The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) recently awarded a $433,000 grant to UNC for laboratory equipment that will accelerate research to address the COVID-19 pandemic,” a press release notes. “This grant represents a new collaboration between the West Coast philanthropic organization CZI and UNC in search of a global solution to the pandemic,” a summary adds before detailing how the grant was used:

The grant covers the purchase of a “liquid handler” — a robotic arm that can pipette fluids much more quickly and accurately than humans can — and supporting instruments, including another robot that detects active virus particles in samples and a machine to sequence RNA. Together, these tools increase the rate of testing compounds by 20-fold.

The grant allegedly helped produce a study – currently awaiting peer review – entitled SARS-CoV-2 infectious virus, viral RNA in nasopharyngeal swabs, and serostatus of symptomatic COVID-19 outpatients in the United States.

“Here, we provide a comprehensive analysis of demographic, immunologic, virologic, and clinical disease factors associated with infectious virus isolation and levels of viral RNA in nasopharyngeal swab samples in the largest study of symptomatic outpatient adults with COVID-19 to date,” the summary notes.

A slide from a Baric presentation on the matter also listed support from Gilead Sciences, the National Institutes for Health, and Dr. Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease.

Dr. Fauci recently attempted to cover-up his relationship with Zuckerberg by telling MSNBC host Chuck Todd he had “no idea” what Senator Marsha Blackburn was getting at when discussing the pair’s leaked e-mails.

Conservative activist Laura Loomer flew a plane with a banner that says that “Big Tech Stole The Election” over a conference featuring Dominion and Florida’s Secretary of State.

The Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc, who are currently holding their annual conference in Tampa, had their event disrupted by congressional candidate . As National File reported, the organization, which is in reality a professional, private group containing Florida’s 67 elected Supervisors of Elections, seems to portray itself as an official government entity on its website, even going so far as to change its name only a year before the 2020 elections. This conference is not open to the public, despite the attendees being elected officials, and therefore subject to Florida’s state sunshine laws:

While the FSE’s mission statement claims to be dedicated to “conducting fair, honest, and accurate elections,” Loomer highlighted that many “disreputable characters,” like disgraced former CISA Director Chris Krebs, and representatives from Dominion Voting Systems, were attending the Florida conference… Following [Loomer’s] report, Krebs was removed from the conference schedule completely, with his talk being replaced by Matt Masterson, a former cybersecurity analyst with the Department of Homeland Security.

Due to the closed nature of the conference which was full of “nefarious actors,” Loomer decided to interrupt it with various levels of stunts. As the representative for Dominion Voting Systems was speaking, Loomer organized for a plane with a banner declaring that “Big Tech Stole The Election” to fly over the conference, mocking the attendees below. A digital screen truck had also appeared outside the hotel in which the conference was taking place, which displayed various recommendations to fix the electoral system, including stopping mail-in ballots and banning voting machines.

“Floridians deserve full and open transparency regarding any conference or discussions that are taking place concerning elections and election processes in their state,” Loomer previously told National File. “As a candidate for Congress in Florida’s 21st congressional district, combating voter fraud, Big Tech election interference, and improving election integrity, are my top campaign platform issues for 2022.”

QAnon members discussed acting as National Guard to infiltrate inauguration, according to FBI report

The FBI alerted other law enforcement agencies that QAnon adherents discussed acting as National Guard soldiers in Washington to try and infiltrate President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, according to The Washington Post.

The FBI, in an intelligence report obtained by the newspaper, said it monitored individuals downloading maps of sensitive areas around Washington and talking about how those locations could be utilised to penetrate security, the Post reported.

The intelligence report warned that QAnon members and "lone wolves" indicated they plan to travel to Washington for Biden's swearing-in ceremony on Wednesday, the Post said.

"But the intelligence briefing did not identify any specific plots to attack the inaugural events" that would be similar to the January 6 insurrection on the US Capitol, which some QAnon members participated in, the Post said.

The FBI noted that it detected "suspicious traffic" on the communication systems used by some participants in the January 6 Capitol attack — but "nothing that points to any specific action," according to the Post.

The newspaper said the FBI declined to "characterise the credibility or gravity of the threats it outlined" in its briefing report.

The agency pointed the Post to comments made by FBI Director Christopher Wray last week, in which he said the FBI is seeing "extensive" chatter surrounding the inauguration and said "one of the real challenges in this space is trying to distinguish what is aspirational and what is potential".

"We're monitoring all incoming leads — whether calls for armed protests, potential threats that grow out of the January 6th breach of the Capitol or other kinds of potential threats leading up to Inaugural events and various other targets," Mr Wray said. The Secret Service also declined to comment to the Post about the FBI's threat report, but told the newspaper that it "takes all threats seriously and will continue to work with our federal, state, local and military partners to continue securing the 59th Inauguration based on the relevant intelligence available to the security community."

CNN previously reported that the FBI is vetting the thousands of National Guard troops providing security at the inauguration ahead of their arrival in Washington in order to prevent any insider threats, and the US Army is working with the Secret Service to determine if there are soldiers who require additional background screening.

Acting Secretary of Defence Christopher Miller said on Monday that there is "no intelligence indicating an insider threat" to Biden's inauguration.

"We are leaving no stone unturned in securing the capital," Mr Miller said.

"The DC National Guard is also providing additional training to service members as they arrive in DC that if they see or hear something that is not appropriate, they should report it to their chain of command."

In the wake of the Capitol insurrection earlier this month, there has been a massive security presence in Washington for Biden's inauguration, with more than 20,000 National Guard troops expected in the city to help secure the event.
