actually SCOTUS has no remedy, because the Constitution has no provision for a do over of a stolen election and joint sessions of Congress are only called by the President, which Biden would never do that
even if the states certify a different slate of electors that put Trump over the top, the process of certifying a different President will have to made up on the fly
there is no precedent for SCOTUS to overturn a PRESIDENTIAL election AND there is no provision in the Constitution that SCOTUS could cite as a remedy, because there is no provision for a do over with the same Congress in a joint session and the same Vice President counting a replacement set of electors
