This, exactly this, is what they have done. But the generation before us doesn't see the problem, cause they were still able to have relationships, in the age before social media, and many of those have continued to this day OR it still makes sense for them to date people that don't really understand social media, if they do happen to be single.
Then there's the younger women, who, when they wanna get married they can find a man easily (partially because they're into men that are older than themselves but also because that's just the way it is)
And then there's black people who also don't have a problem finding a mate because they haven't any inhibitions.
Pretty much just leaves us, straight white males for whom the only appropriate age group is millenials, or a younger generation (when they're old enough).
So it makes it look like we're the problem, because we're the only ones immediately affected.
