People who were paid cannot make good on their end of the deal.
Iran is going to start naming names if they don't get their money back. Maybe that's why Hillary went to NZ to get money.
This is also why "dignitaries" keep traveling before/after POTUS. To try to reassure everyone that they're going to take down POTUS any moment and the deal will still be good.
