Well, let's say you had actual technological measures to "hear all, see all" essentially any electronic communication is yours to hear or see. Any cell phone is a microphone because of the way information technology and transfer works. It doesn't have to be other worldly or divine. This information you received may not necessarily be legal in how it's obtained or be admissible in a court of law, but you have it and may act upon it as one sees fit. Does this make a little more sense to you?
