I live in a small rural town in Germany that has a technical college. The college has 300 to 400 Chinese students each semester but they rotate in and out more often then that. Mostly business students. Some from Wuhan, as well, as there is some type of agreement with schools here and there.
The students never stopped rotating in and out. People were wondering wtf was going on when the rest of the town closed down but students kept arriving.
Have them as neighbors, and watched the whole thing go down in real time.
Nice kids, actually, nothing against them. Do get into and respect the German customs and speak German well enough to do the daily life chores easily. The one thing I do notice is that they wear masks all the time when outside. Still do. Might be a habit from air pollution in China, not sure.
