I used to have visions of all the Big Wigs at the pHarmaceutical companies playing poker or something and whoever lost was going to make a bad batch of Thinners and kill off a bunch of obese elderly "Boomers" to help "Save" Social Security. If that happened what would be the cost? Stocks go down? CEO gets fired ? No real consequence.
