Trump-Appointed Judge Halts Biden’s Pause on New Oil and Gas Leasing on Public Lands

A Trump-appointed federal judge for the Western District of Louisiana on Tuesday issued a preliminary injunction halting the Biden Administration’s pause on new oil and gas leasing on public land.

U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty’s injunction follows several lawsuits filed by Republican controlled states that stand to be devastated by Biden’s moratorium.

The judge did not rule on whether Biden’s moratorium was legal and just temporarily halted it while the lawsuit makes it through the legal process.

Recall, Joe Biden wasted no time destroying tens of thousands of jobs his first day in office by canceling the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.

Biden also put a 60-day moratorium on new oil and natural gas leases and drilling permits on federal lands.

Several states, including states Joe Biden won (supposedly) in 2020 and the Ute Indian tribe came out and blasted Joe Biden’s federal energy bans.

New Mexico’s leaders are worried that Biden’s war on the energy business will devastate the state’s economy, where education, jobs and public programs depend on funding from the industry.

Joe Biden (supposedly) won New Mexico with 54.29% of the vote vs 43.50% for Trump.

“During his inauguration, President Biden spoke about bringing our nation together. Eliminating drilling on public lands will cost thousands of New Mexicans their jobs and destroy what’s left of our state’s economy,” Carlsbad Mayor Dale Janway told The Associated Press in January. “How does that bring us together? Environmental efforts should be fair and well-researched, not knee-jerk mandates that just hurt an already impoverished state.”

Other west and southwestern states will also suffer greatly from Joe Biden’s war on energy.

According to Congressman Kevin Brady (T-TX) if Biden’s war on gas and oil is permanent, 120,000 Texas jobs will be lost.

On June 9, Ano Turtiainen, member of Parliament of Finland, warned about possible COVID vaccine genocide going on in Finland. He warned all members of the Finnish Parliament they may be guilty of several different crimes, the most serious of these may be even genocide.

This report however omits a very serious challenge to the safety of Finland and Finns… I refer to these so-called COVID vaccines which have also divided our people in two; the awake and misguided.

You can never again plead ignorance about the risk to which Finnish citizens have been exposed. Finland is currently injecting its citizens with toxins disguised as COVID vaccines.

None of these injected poisons disguised as COVID vaccines has a marketing licence in Finland but only a conditional marketing authorization from the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The terms of a conditional licence state that the authorization is conditional: “The available information must demonstrate that the benefits of the medical product outweigh its risks.”

Secondly, dear colleagues, despite the repetition of the media we have so far officially zero COVID deaths in Finland. According to THL (equivalent to CDC) the official causes of death from the year 2020 will not be published until 2022. However according to Fimea (equivalent to VAERS) 78 people have died from COVID vaccines in Finland and there are 1,306 serious adverse reaction reports and 3,630 unprocessed reports. About 57% of processed reports are estimated to have serious adverse reactions. The source for this is Fimea (www.fimea.fi).

As a result of the massive errors in Antrim County, a lawsuit was filed against Antrim County resident Bill Bailey. Circuit Court Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer agreed to allow Bill Bailey’s attorney Matt DePerno, to bring in a team of IT experts to perform a forensic audit on the Dominion Voting machines used in the election. The initial report on the results from the audit was released on December 13, 2020. It showed a reported error rate of 68.05%, meaning an astounding 68.05% of ballots cast in Antrim County, MI, were allegedly sent to adjudication, meaning the ballots would be analyzed by someone other than the voter to determine the intent of the voter.

For months, Michigan citizens called on leadership in the state legislature to take action and address the hundreds of claims by GOP poll challengers who were threatened by election workers who witnessed voter fraud or irregularities or were threatened and intimidated by paid election workers or leftist agitators at the TCF Center where hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots were counted. Many of the GOP poll challengers testified in front of the MI House and/or Senate Oversight Committees.

Matt Hall (R) issued subpoenas demanding The subpoena gave Detroit City Clerk Janice Winfrey and Livonia City Clerk Susan Nash until Jan. 12, 2021, to produce the evidence, giving lawmakers 8 days to process the results of the subpoena before the next president was to be sworn into office.
