Even spare freezer on pallet just in case friends show up who lost power.
Enough ammo to melt down/wear out all firearms,
enough firearms for all friends who aim to show up.
That's my style.
I forgot to mention I keep a gourmet chef on staff too, who knows how to take apart and cook anything you drag in or she kills.

No stress. in fact, not having bills made my vault fill with gold bullion, and my bar fill with best whisky. And the gun collection grew.

Re: MRE's
I do not need MRE's (I do have some dried bunkerfood) because I have no loss of power and spare freezer on hand, so no food issues will result unless I need to bug out.

no. would use glycol and heat collector tubes.
They get well over boiling temperature and do not need to be aimed/rotated.
(I do have a bunch of those fresnel lenses from old obsolete projection televisions that were left on curbs for trash. They are hot enough to melt bricks.. but not useful for still without positioning motors)

Food (dried since you will have water is great) do not depend on refrigeration without power.
Essentials (toilet method without water, transportation, hunting, etc)
Power (if lighting or cell phone is desired, generator or solar folding panel would be most of need)
a few hundred bucks puts you in class of being more prepared than 99%
