I finally did a search on David Cuthbert from Alteva and the CF and came across the CT-registry.com.

The incorporation date between the two companies is a single day.

I don't know if this means anything but after looking at similar company numbers I found the CF.

Is this related or is this what Q wanted me to find? I don't know. For all I know this is old news. But this is what I found and I think the names and companies need a look at.
