They need to be sued INDIVIDUALLY. Maybe some didn't buy that Professional Liability Insurance they started offering "at a discounted rate" some years ago.
Nothing gives an employee confidence like knowing you can be sued for doing what the boss tells you to do. This should be done more often. They ALWAYS settle. ALWAYS. That's a quick $100k at the peon level. If they are too big to jail then they have some mighty deep pockets.
