I've been looking at this. Over and over. and Over.
1) The face is hard to tell because the mask is covering their eyes, not their nose.
2)Looks like plastic bags or gloves over hands, maybe to prevent gunpowder from being deposited.
3) Looks like a big shiny silver wristwatch with a wide band, on the right hand - so left handed shooter?
4) shooter walks forward to shoot, not retreating, this is a move of offense. At short range, a LEO should have enough training not to need this. Maybe inexperienced?
went through a ton of congressional photos, house and senate. the OP i linked to thinks its chucky, but not necessarily. Chucky has hair similar, but not the forehead. Lou correa has the forehead, but i dont see pictures of a watch. what about this guy, so intimately tied to hillary? Tim Kaine?
