The names and numbers of Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey, Senate Oversight Committee Chair Ed McBroom, and House Oversight Committee Chair Steve Johnson, all Republicans in a Republican majority House and Senate, hold the key to ordering a forensic audit in a state where a majority of Republicans still believe that election fraud played a part in the outcome of the November 2020 election.

After walking several blocks to arrive at SOS Benson’s office, we discovered a sign on the front of the building that read “ID Required To Enter Building.” Next to the sign on the SOS’s office was another sign that read “Valid Photo ID Is Required For Access.” Michigan’s most NON-transparent Sec of State Jocelyn Benson has been arguing with MI lawmakers that a valid photo ID is somehow racist. “Does this mean the Sec of State Benson is a racist?” Kristina Karamo asked, reminding everyone that they’re being “gaslighted” by the Democrats who use race as a tool to make cheating in elections easier.

Criminal Charges Filed Against US Marshals For Refusing To Disclose Vaccination Status In Court.

A federal judge filed criminal charges against senior officials from the U.S. Marshals Service in response to an incident where a subordinate refused to reveal their COVID-19 vaccination status in court.

South Dakota District Judge Charles Kornmann charged three marshals – Chief of Staff John Kilgallon, South Dakota Marshal Daniel C. Mosteller, and deputy South Dakota Marshal Stephen Houghtaling – with contempt of court and obstructing justice.

The charges follow an incident where Kornmann demanded a deputy marshal reveal whether or not she had been vaccinated while working in his courtroom. She refused to share the information, prompting Kornmann, a judicial nominee of former President Bill Clinton, to order her to leave.

“The marshals who were present then took three of the defendants scheduled for hearings that day out of the courthouse in what Kornmann described as a “kidnapping” that disrupted the court’s work,” reports note.

While announcing the charges, Kornmann criticized the U.S. Marshals Service for an hour, asserting “this was such an outrageous thing to do.” “Nothing like this that we could find has ever been done in this country. If it is the marshals’ position that they can override court orders, they are badly mistaken,” he added.

GOP lawmakers, led by ex-White House doc, ask Biden to take cognitive test

More than a dozen Republican House members, led by former White House doctor Ronny Jackson, asked President Biden Thursday to undergo a cognitive test and release the results “so the American people know the full mental and intellectual health of their President.”

“The American people should have absolute confidence in their President,” reads the letter to Biden in part. “They deserve to know that he or she can perform the duties of Head of State and Commander in Chief. They deserve full transparency on the mental capabilities of their highest elected leader.”

The letter, which is copied to chief White House medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci and current White House Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor, claims that Biden’s “mental decline and forgetfulness have become more apparent over the past eighteen months.”

Examples Jackson (R-Texas) cites of Biden’s “mental decline and forgetfulness” include an incident from March when the president appeared to forget the name of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.

“I want to thank the sec — the, the, ah former general. I keep calling him general, but my, my — the guy who runs that outfit over there,” Biden said March 8 while announcing the nomination of two female generals to lead US military combatant commands.

The letter also cites remarks Biden gave in Texas this past February when he visited the state following a deadly winter storm. According to Jackson, Biden “misidentified the time of day and Senator John Cornyn’s title, and you mispronounced Congresswoman Shelia Jackson Lee’s first name and Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher’s maiden name of Pannill. Then, apparently forgetting the purpose of your visit, you questioned, ‘what am I doing here?’

A third example given by Jackson recounts an abortive attempt by Biden to recite the first line of the Declaration of Independence in March 2020, during which he said: “We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women are created by the, you know, you know, the thing.”

Child-care employee at Stepping Stones Daycare arrested on multiple charges of sex abuse

SALISBURY, Md.— A child-care employee at Stepping Stones daycare has been arrested on multiple charges surrounding sexual abuse of minors under 4 years old.

Roseberline Turenne, an 18-year-old, stands to face six separate counts of sex abuse of a minor, six additional counts of possession of child pornography and six counts of child pornography, or engaging a minor as a visual subject engaged in sexual conduct.

Together the Salisbury woman was arrested on six misdemeanors and 12 felony counts.

Police say the alleged abuse was discovered late last week.

A Salisbury Police Department detective responded alongside a Child Advocacy Center representative to Stepping Stones Early Learning Center, upon receiving a report of sexual abuse at the South Schumaker Drive facility.

When they arrived, an office manager told authorities an employee on the premises had "numerous photographs" of children's vaginas, according to court documents. Det. Matthew Rockwell was told these photos were on her smartphone.

The manager told the detective she learned of the photos after a fellow employee saw them during their lunch break. The manager notified the Department of Social Services, according to court documents.

Rockwell met with Turenne in a private room at the daycare.

With her consent, court documents read, the detective reviewed the photos on her phone — confirming at least six images of different children. The children ranged from birth to 4 years old, according to the records, and the pictures were each taken on changing tables.

Turenne first told police she was sent the photos, documents show, citing the WhatsApp messaging platform as how she received them.

That changed after Rockwell started investigating.

The detective began viewing and photographing changing tables throughout the facility, until he came across a familiar red mat. The color matched one of the changing mats in the cellphone photos, documents stated.
